These terms govern your use of FullRadioList and all of its country pages, published by NextG Design. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
FullRadioList is a free online directory of live radio stations. We list stations, show information about them and provide a player that connects your browser to each station's own stream. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
2. Third-party content and streams
We do not host, record, edit or re-broadcast any station's audio. Station names, logos, descriptions and streams are supplied by broadcasters and by the community-maintained Radio-Browser directory. Listing a station is not an endorsement of it or of anything it broadcasts. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the programming, accuracy, legality or availability of any station's content. Some stations restrict listening by location or time, or may go offline or change address without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- use automated tools to copy or republish the site's pages or listings at scale without our written permission;
- interfere with or generate artificial clicks on advertisements;
- misrepresent your identity or your connection to any radio station.
You are responsible for making sure your use of any radio stream complies with the laws and licensing rules that apply where you are.
4. Intellectual property
The design, layout, text (including our guides and articles) and code of this site are owned by or licensed to NextG Design and are protected by copyright. You may read and share links to our pages, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back, but you may not copy substantial parts of the site without permission. Station names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the stations.
5. Links to other websites
The site links to third-party websites, including radio stations' own sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.
6. Advertising
The site is funded by advertising, including ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Ads are separate from our editorial content. How advertising uses cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We are not responsible for the products or services advertised.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Guides and articles are for general information only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextG Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any third-party stream or website linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Listing corrections and removals
If you are a broadcaster or rights holder and want a listing corrected or removed, see how we list stations and contact us through the contact page.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where NextG Design is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that place, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
